As usual, for the past 4 years, Day 2 of Chinese New Year was nothing special but a free day..
I went out with the gang of Hikaru, Junn, Ryan, May Kuan, and Tsujimoto for an initial plan to have lunch at Shanghai Ten at Bangsar..
But when we reached the place at around 3.30pm, the restaurant was not open yet..
So we drove around in 4 cars and ended in Bangsar Village, after some unhappy incidents at Strudels..
Not much choices for a light meal, we opted for Laksa Shack..
*My Johor Laksa*
I'm not sure whether it's a must try but I would go for it again if I'm tired of choosing other styles of laksa..
*Tsujimoto's Rendang Ayam Nasi Briyani or something*
*Junn's Sarawak Laksa*
The gravy looks kinda thick but actually it isn't..And it's not hot and spicy at all..Don't be fooled by the pic..
*May Kuan's don't-know-what Laksa..Forgotten*
*Ryan's Lontong Johor*
*Hikaru's Asam Laksa*
The Asam Laksa isn't that sour, which is consumable, for me..I dislike sour foods and drinks..But this one is acceptable..
Everyone's Laksa was not bad..But I would recommend the Asam Laksa and Johor Laksa if you don't know which one to try..
After our meal, while waiting for Jen Ni to come and meet us for the second outing, we camwhored..
Here are some of the pics we took that day..

After that, we headed to Eugene's house at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong..
Check it out in the next instalment..
