I'm On The Star's OtakuZone..
Ok..Everyone who reads The Star newspaper knows about this OtakuZone on every Sunday's Variety Pullout section..
Generally, OtakuZone is a section for all anime and manga fans, and probably for the newbies to know more about anime and manga..
It's a great section to introduce what anime and manga is, to the society nowadays, as anime-fans are mushrooming everywhere in the world now, since the arrival of Naruto and Bleach..
Actually, I have been related myself to anime and manga long ago, since 1994, where Dragonball is the boom at that time being..
Other than animes and mangas from Japan, I too heavily indulged myself with local animated magazines, such as Ujang and Gila-Gila..
They are not any manga of great artworks like the Japs, but they are very funny, as in the presentation of its local jokes..
Anyway..In my time, during my primary school times and early secondary (1994-98), watching anime was like a childish, girlish, and sissy hobby or interest..
Perhaps it's only the point of view in my school, and not other places..
So I kept to myself with most of the mangas that I read and animes that I watched..Only a few shared the same interest as mine..
I'm so into animes and manga (well, not that fanatic actually) that I could only borrow from few of my friends who could afford to buy the animes in bulk, such as VCD..
Until the time when I finished my SPM, not seeing my 'supplier' anymore..So I was left out of the on-growing animes..
Worst still, I didn't subscribe ASTRO..So those animes that aired on the pay channel of AXN, I didn't get to watch them..
Although I didn't kept myself abreast with the animes, I still managed to download loads of MP3s on the animes' OST, more on Opening (OP) and Ending (ED) tracks (with the 56k connection capability)..
So, I kept myself updated with the new animes just by listening to their tracks, without watching any of it..
But hey, I still know some of the new animes that were growing that time..
Anyway, I'm out of my topic already..
Actually I wrote a comment to the OtakuZone, about a month ago, and it only appeared yesterday, the Sunday, 4th of June 2006 issue..
Here's the article if you didnt happened to buy The Star or noticed it (click on thumbnails to enlarge it)..
*Start from the bottom left*
*I'm from Selangor.?! =.= *
Ok..I gave my details to the so-called editor, Elizabeth Tai..I did wrote my address, as in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur..
I don't know why suddenly I'm from Selangor..
Anyway, thanks for publishing my cen..

Road Accident..Not Mine Ofcoz..
At about 2.40am Sunday 'morning', I was driving alone on my way back home after sending Hikaru back home at Taman Connaught..
We played futsal with Wah Kei & Co at Sri Petaling Endah Parade's The Cage Futsal Centre at 9pm - 11pm..
Then off we went for supper at one of the mamak stalls nearby Sri Petaling The Store..
At about 2.20am, we left the place and headed back home..
I always opt for the Taman Midah - Loke Yew highway, rather than the Yew Lek - Jalan Kuari way if I were to pass-by Connaught on any night-outings..
Lots of midnight road-blocks along the way of Yew Lek - Jalan Kuari..
Although I didn't and wouldn't do any wrong doings, I don't want to bump into any of these cops alone at midnight and giving 'innocent' bribes..
When I reached the Taman Pertama, Cheras roundabout (the 1 at the Velodrome, Bandar Tun Razak if you didn't know), I saw the red-blue lights of a police car on the ooposite road..
I thought it was just another road-block and I'm not even passing through that way..
But just as I pass-by, I saw lots of people crowding that scene..I knew it must be a road accident..And it's a big one..
So I drove to the Taman Pertama KFC and headed straight at the Jalan Sehala, and stopped my car beside the shoplots and walked over to join the crowd..
As usual, the busybody me will take pics to talk about it in my very own Jenkin Yatz blog..Muahahah..
*That's the car..A Subaru WRX*
Crashed windscreen, fallen bumper, number plate smashed, flatten tyres, etc etc..
*The crowd is blocking my way*
*Trying to squeeze myself in*
*The car being pulled out by the tow truck*
*The crowd follow as it goes*
Had some chat with some fellow on-lookers and by-passers..No one really knew what was actual cause of the accident..
*The blue Subaru WRX*
*Wrecked bonet*
Airbag popped out from the dashboard, thus saved the driver and passengers, all chicks..
The driver, a guy around the age of 18-21 years old, came out unhurt..Not even a scratch on his head, clothes, or arm..What a lucky man..
I bet the car is one of the major factors that saved the passengers..
A Subaru WRX, saved 4 lives..If it was a Wira or Sang Kancil or Satria or Iswara, will kill 4 lives and few more injuries because the driver couldn't control the steering wheel..
*The tow truck does its job*
*The crowd is dispersing*
The driver and few of his friends, and some tow truck operators/agents quarrelled with each other because of the payment or something..
So I heard some of the conversations..
The driver was actually drunk driving..At the traffic light at the Shell petrol kiosk there, he was trying to avoid a lorry or something and bumped onto the roadside and a great rampage along the roadside..
I didn't dare to take a pic of the driver and Co, because they are so gangster-look alike to me..
I don't want to end up in hospital being beaten up by the injury-free driver..
And one could have guessed, yeah, they are all La-Las a.k.a Ah Bengs and Ah Lians..
All of them, or probably most of them, are Hokkien Lang (Hokkien people)..I don't understand a word from them when some Malays asked me what were they talking..Hahaha..
*The messy soil caused by the car*
*What's this.?? A metal road signboard pole being unearthed by the car rampage*
*Knocking straight into the billboard and landed at the sign "Gelumbang Jaya"*
I was there for nearly 1 hour..Hahaha..What a free man I am..
At about 3.45am, I got back to my car and drove back home and bathed..Then have a nice sleep..

Day 2
Saturday, our second day in Langkawi..We woke up at 11am and headed for our breakfast at Jalan Pantai Cenang..
A brand new day with a brand new plan..Thought of island hopping around the islands near-by..
The worst thing could happen is raining..Our island hopping plan was disrupted for a while..
So we thought of going to the Crocodile Farm at Jalan Datai, the largest crocodile farm in Malaysia..
First, we stopped at a Petronas kiosk to pump-in some petrol for our journey..
*Yacht everywhere*
Due to the heavy rain, short of sight of the road in front and couldn't really follow our maps..We got lost for a while..
*Long way journey*
We got past the junction to the Jalan Datai and got ourselves to Pantai Pasir Hitam (Black Sand Beach)..
Since we were already there and near to the Air Hangat (Hot Spring), we visited that place, and got ourselves soaked from head to toe when we got down of the car..
*The entrance*
*The decorative plants*
*Raining*
At the Hot Spring, we got to soak our feet in the nice hot water..I could felt the blood flowing all over my body..It's so refreshing..
*The whole look of it*
*The hot spring well*
*Don't step into the well/pond*
*Ya..Don't dip your feet into the hot spring well..It'll dirtied the well*
*Pour-in the hot-spring water into the bucket*
Then there's a stupid legend about the origin of the hot spring, the town's name, Kuah, and also the mountains there..

*The tomb of the Legend of Air Hangat*
I couldn't really remembered the story..Anyways, who cares bout the story..
When the rain had calmed down a little where it almost stopped, we thought we shall get to our destination, the Taman Buaya..
When I start the engine, it couldn't start..Something was wrong with the battery or something..
*Stupid Space Wagon*
Then I called the agent and asked for his help or something..Hiew tried playing with the sockets, then Hikaru started the engine..Broom brooom..Voila..Car fixed..
Headed back to the junction to Jalan Datai, where the Crocodile Farm is situated..
Successfully reached Jalan Datai and a long journey deep into the forest, until we reached Pantai Tengkorak (WTF~?!)..
*The entrance into the Pantai Tengkorak (The Skull Beach)..Mind you~*
*Here we are*
*The Skull Beach*
*All I can see is just rocks and stones*
Okay..We missed the Crocodile Farm once again..Stopped at the beach and had a brief walk..Asked for directions..Ventured again..
We did it.!! We missed the hidden entrance to the stupid Taman Buaya earlier..Parked the car, went to buy the ticket..
*Welcome to Taman Buaya Langkawi*
There's a funny thing about the ticket counter..There are 2 counters..One for foreign visitors, and one for Malaysian..They are on different price, of course..
Foreigner has to pay RM 15 for an adult ticket, and Malaysian who is a MyKad holder gets to buy the ticket for RM 10..I couldn't remember the price for children..The same system applies, though..
Then, we got to see abnormal reptiles when we got in..Ok..It's not really abnormal that they bite you up whenever they see any humans walking around..
I mean handicapped crocs and gators..Some of them lost one or two of their legs, and most of them were born without a tail to wag around..
At that point, you can just say to them, "Smack my bitch up", while pointing at your girlfriend's ass..
*Pop its head out*
*Can you see the 1 on the right.? No tail*
All around we went..The ponds, the performance cage, the bridge, everywhere..
*I guess there are at least 200 crocs and gators in this pond*
*The long bridge across this BIG pond*
*Don't play-play*
And I got to say many of the crocs are so big size that it might whack you to heaven and back to hell with just one strike with its tail..You know, crocs tail is so powerful..
*The circumference of its tail is about the size of my chest*
*One of the big ones*
*Performances by the trainers*
*Have a bite, bey-beh~*
*Conserved shark and crocs*
At about 4pm, off we went and headed to Kuah..Trying to get to a nearby beach or jetty for island hopping..But to no avail, rain stopped, rain again, stopped, and again, and stopped, and again..Repeat at least 500 times..
So our island hopping plan were 500 times again ruined..So we just headed to Kuah, the town area to have our tea-break meal..
On our way out taking the Air Hangat route, we stopped at the Pantai Pasir Hitam for a while..
*The Black Sand Beach (Pantai Pasir Hitam)*
*What a scenery*
*The beach*
*The sand is really black*
On our way going to town in the countryside, we stopped at the Bird Paradise..Well, not see to birds, but to buy liquor for our night..Hahaha..
*Langkawi Bird Paradise*
We couldn't afford any mistakes anymore..No liquor drinking in Langkawi.?? Hell no~!!
*Absolut Vodka - Vanilla and Mandarin*
*The mix-up liquor*
*Grantis.?*
*Sheridan's Coffee Layered Liqueur*
*Johnie Walker's Blue Label, Gold Label, Green Label, Black Label, and Red Label*
The bottles are placed according to their prices where Blue Label is the most expensive of them all..
*Johnie Walker Blue Label - RM 490 (that's before tax)*
*Our club's favourite, Chivas Reagal*
*Toblerones*
*The Alize..We bought the blue one..It's vodka and cognac with 20% alcohol*
Wandering around in our car, here and there..Finally, we decided to try out the Taiwanese KFC-style fast food restaurant, the KLG (Kuai Le Gee), a.k.a Happy Family Chicken at Langkawi Parade..
*KLG - Kuai Le Gee (straight translation as Happy Chicken)*
*The counter*
Well, the menu is very much similar to KFC's menu..Fried chickens, mashed potato, coleslaw, potato wedges, etc etc..
And the taste.?? Well, I do think the one whom started this business was trying to plagarise KFC..But it turned out to be an unsuccessful result..
*The chickens*
*The mashed potato*
*The Zens Palace..Actually a cyber-cafe in the Langkawi Parade*
Ok..I think that's all for my rushed entry..Got lots of things not mentioned in this entry..
It stops here before our dinner at about 5.30pm..
Try to post-up some vids on the crocs performances but something's wrong with my vid's webhost..
Gonna talk about it in the next entry, the Part 4 of my Langkawi Trip..
See ya around..

Here's where I left off in the previous entry..
Day 1 (Afternoon)
*The Top Station at Langkawi Cable Car*
*Going up the steep stairs from the Hanging Bridge..It's damn tiring*
*Going downhill by cable car from the Top Station*
After the Oriental Village and cable car, we headed to the Seven Wells Waterfall..
It's about 3-5 minutes drive from the Oriental Village to the Seven Wells..It's about 3pm when we reached the waterfall spot..
Just looking at the steep stairs, I could feel the difficulty in walking up the stairs, plus Hikaru's info about it coz he had visited it just merely 3 months ago..
Before we could start off our journey up the stairs, we bumped onto 2 Californian chicks..
While sitting in their Perodua Kancil, Hiew and I had a little chat with them..
Chicks : Are you guys trying to go up there.??
Guys (us) : Yeap..What's wrong with up there.??
Chicks : Well, it's a 30 minutes journey up there..And it's not really a waterfall..Just few small ponds everywhere..
Guys : What the HECK~?!?! 30 minutes up there.?? Are you kidding me.?!
Chicks : Hell no..30 minutes up and another 30 down..It's not worth it..
Guys : Really.?? Shit..By the way..Where are you girls from.??
Chicks : California..
Guys : Oh California.? That's great..How's your trip in Lang-Keh-Wee so far.??
Chicks : Oh..We are having a great time here..How bout you guys.??
Guys : We are from Kuee-Laa-Loom-Pour..It's our first day in Lang-Keh-Wee..
Chicks : Yea.? We have had been to Kuee-Laa-Loom-Pour before..It's a nice place..
So that's roughly what we talked abour that day..Hence, we headed up the stairs..
By the time we were only half-way up the stairs, we still have approximately 230 steps to go..
Total up, it has about 480 steps to get the mid-way of the waterfall..Which means that's the 'pond' area the Californians were talking about..
Hikaru, Hiew and I already tired to death at the 230 steps..Pushed ourselves to the limit and exceeded our limitations to reach our goal, the pond.!!
Left Deral and Lipau far behind, because they couldn't take it anymore when it's only about 100 steps, I think..Hahaha..
Want to get to the stream where the waterfall come from.?? It's more than 1000 steps up there..It's approximately equivalent to three Batu Caves..
Anyhow, we reached the destination of 480 steps with our lungs and knees badly damaged, and of course, suffocations..Woo Hoo~!!!
*The Seven Wells Waterfall (pic courtesy of Hikaru)*
The 'ponds' are everywhere, where they actually formed a stream..
The water is cool and crystal clear..With algae everywhere on the rocks, under the water..Thus made the surface of the rocks kinda slippery..
The rocks made a slide-like surface, where we can slide from top of a steep down to a lower level of pond..
About an hour later, we headed back down hill to where our car was parked..Then off we went off to venture around the place..
On our way out of the forest and snake-like road, we stopped at Pantai Kok..
It's just another polluted dirty beach like any other places in Malaysia..We had rojak and drinks, then off we went back to our living place, Awana Porto Malai Resort..
It was a tedious journey from Pantai Kok back to the Resort, because all we did was just follow the map and made few wrong directions..
It's about 5pm when we reached our room..After a hot shower and some nice rest, we went out for dinner at 8pm..Hahaha..Long rest huh..
After some surveys, we decided to have our dinner at Palm View Seafood Restaurant, Jalan Pantai Cenang..
*The Palm View Seafood Restaurant*
*We seated inside, air-conditioned*
But it was too cold inside..Everyone shivers and sneezed like there's no tomorrow..
So we switched table and sit outside..
*With lots of lightings hanging around outside*
The food was definitely nice, delicious and fulfilling..Costed us RM 20 per pax only..Not bad for crab and duck..
*The delicious dishes*
*Clockwise from top-left - Don't know what vegie, Fried Sotong, Roasted Duck, Hot Plate Japanese Tofu*
*The nice Fried Soft Shell Crab*
After we had eaten our dinner, that's about 9.30pm, we walked along the Jalan Pantai Cenang to see whether other restaurants have cheaper and nicer food..
But to no avail, all of the restaurants are about the same..Same menu, same price, same table clothes, etc etc..
The worst is, all shops selling liquor, such as the Underwater World and town area shops all closed at 8pm or so..
Thus, no drink-til-die night for us on the first night..What a waste..Thought of getting a bottle of Martel Cordon Blue for the first night..
Anyway..We still managed to get ourselves some small bottle of gin and vodka drinks..Just a mere 5% alcoholic drink..
*All Pelicans*
*L-R - Gin & Lemon, Tropical Fruit, and Ice Lemon Tea*
Then we planned to go to the in-house resort pub, called Ground Zero (I do believe it doesn't has any connection to the 9/11 tragedy)..
*Fun Pub.?? I don't think so*
Waited for about 2 hours for the peak-time at the resort lobby..
*Resting and busy with mobile games and SMS-es*
*Alright, it's my home..Hahaha*
Only did we know that the patrons are not our level of group..And the music.?? SUCKS-TO-THE-MAXXX~!!
Not any Benny Benassi wannabe pub or even a single of trance or techno..It plays stupid remix with A-Go-Go feeling within..Yuck..Not our cup of tea..
In the end..We ended up in bed quite early, coz nothing much to do other than finished up our little bottles in a few gulps..
*Our room*
*All ready to go to bed*
*Finishing the last gulp*
The end of Part 2, which is also the end of Day 1 of our Langkawi trip..
Get ready for more thrills on the Langkawi Trip [Part 3], Day 2..

Langkawi Trip - Day 1 [Part 1]
I'm back from the Langkawi trip with a bang..WOO HOO~~!! Ok, enough of hiatus..
Before I start, I wrote an entry about Langkawi approximately 3 months ago..It is called Requested : Langkawi Trip Spoiler..Check it out..
Alright..A brief opening on the place we took off, the Puduraya bus station, Kuala Lumpur..
The travel bus was scheduled to take off at 11.30pm on Thursday night, but it only arrived at about 12.10am..
We rushed our time just to catch the bus and this is what we got..'Futch' you bus company..
*The bus is here*
*Adios KL*
*The Platform 19*
*There's Hiew and Hikaru*
*Deral and Li Pau*
It's already Friday 'morning', we were on the stupid shuttle bus and headed to no where that I know of, at least I know we are going to Kuala Perlis..Hahaha..
Being carefree, I slept on the bus as soon as it left the town area..At about 3.10am, we stopped-by at a Caltex petrol station at Bukit Gantang (I have no idea where this place is)..
So I'm the first few passengers stepped down the bus and headed to the toilet..
After that, I proceeded to the Caltex sundry shop to buy a bottle of mineral water..
When I was about to pay at the cashier, the bus driver starts the engine and drive away from where it stopped..
To my shock and afraid of being left out, I ran out of the shop with 2 fellow passengers, a Chinese guy and an English man..
We freaked like hell and rushed to the bus and knocked on the stupid door..Alright, follish us..
The bus driver was actually just driving away to a more spacious lane so that it wouldn't block any vehicle from behind..WTF~
I should have known the bus won't leave us there..My mind was being affected by the fellow Chinese passenger because he was running like a freak towards the bus (-.-lll *sweat*
*Here's Mark and his err..girlfriend or fiancee I guess,??*
Mark is the Englishman who hails from London, chased the bus together with me..Hahaha..If you are reading this..Cheers mate~!!
That incident made me the laughing stock of the night among my friends..WTF~!!
At about 5.20am, we reached Alor Setar and reached our destination, Kuala Perlis at about 6.15am..

*Kuala Perlis Seaview Hotel at the Kuala Perlis bus station*
That's all for a funny brief opening before our Langkawi trip begun..
We bought 5 tickets for the 7am ferry, costed us RM 15 per pax..
*The ferry waiting hall at Kuala Perlis*
*It's 7am..Look at the people*
*Waiting for the doors to open*
*Us, in the ferry*
*Hiew hiew..Always with his mobile on his ear*
*Waiting for the people*
We watched The Rock in the ferry..Ok..It's not Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson..It's The Rock - Alcatraz starring Sean Connery and Nicholas Cage..
Roughly an hour later, we reached the jetty of Pulau Langkawi, The Duty Free Island..
*The ferry, jetty and sea*
*Here we are..Pulau Bebas Cukai - Duty Free Island (pic courtesy of Hikaru)*
Hotel and car rental agents everywhere outside the jetty, offering services at anytime..Sometimes I doubt their honesty, although I know they are just trying to make some money from the tourism industry..
At the jetty, we rented a Mitsubishi Space Wagon (MPV-style), RM 250 for 3 days (bargain after bargain)..
*The Mitsubishi Space Wagon..Cool eh*
From the jetty, we passed-by town area, Kuah, then off to countryside to find our living place..
We set off to Awana Resort -with 2 maps in hands- situated at Pantai Cenang, the most secluded resort at Pantai Cenang..
*Awana Resort's lobby*
*What's with the pillars.??*
*Registration in-process*
*The so-called lounge*
*I'm Mr. Brightside*
*The Awana Resort..Posing gilerrrr wa cakap luuuu~~!! (pic courtesy of Lipau)*
We settled with a room, pool view, RM 145 per night..So it's RM 290 divided by 5 person..Quite spacious..Can forcefully shared by 8 person in that room..
Can save a lot from there and have all the fun in just 1 room, although you can still rent 2 rooms where it has a door connected to each other..
*On our long way on the hallway to the room*
Things settled..We drove back to Kuah, the town area to have our branch at about 11.30am..
I'm the DD (dedicated driver) for the whole trip..Nice feeling with my hands on the steering wheel ^^
We ate chicken rice at a shop called Restoran Cahaya Bahagia..It sucks..I guess it isn't 'bahagia' at all when we were eating there..
Bahagia means happiness/bliss, in case you didn't know..
*Looks good.?? NOT~~!!!*
After the un-fulfilling meal, we went sight-seeing at the town area..Then only we decided to go to the Langkawi Cable Car, Oriental Village..
*Welcome to Oriental Village Langkawi*
*Nice view eh*
*It's so relaxing and eye-catching*
*The cable car station (those 2 people there are Koreans)*
Beside the cable car station, we got to play with rabbits..And I do mean LOOOOOOTS of rabbits~~!!
They chased me everywhere I go, even without any food for feeding..WAAAARGH~!!! HELP~!!!
*Rabbits everywhere*
*See what I mean (pic courtsey of Hikaru)*
*The Rabbits*
After playing with the rabbits, we tried out the cable car..I guess it's slightly higher than Genting Highlands' cable car..Imagine that~
It costs us RM 15 per pax..Shit..All we saw was just money being forked out from our pockets..
*I see skies of blue*
*I see trees of green*
*And I think to myself, what a wonderful world~~ (Louis Armstrong - What a Wonderful World)*
*Yeah~!!*
*The DON'Ts*
On the mountain peak, we got to take pic with the Koreans..
And also, there's a hanging bridge which resembles the crook bridge that Malaysia proposed to build to connect to Singapore from Johor, that one..
*Our very own crook bridge*
*The Hanging Bridge with the clouds of white and blue as the background (pic courtesy of Hikaru)*
On the hanging bridge, we met Ian Wright, the host of don't know what TV programme..Something about tour and travel or something on Astro..
*On our way downhill to the Hanging Bridge*
*The Hanging Bridge*
It's kinda windy up there, you know..I mean 'futch'-king windy..The bridge is rocking like a hurricane..HELL YEAH~!!
After the visit to the hanging bridge, we went to the Seven Wells (Telaga Tujuh)..
Ok..It's not about wells, it's waterfall~!!
I'll leave that for the next entry coz it'll take some times for me to write and for you to digest the pics that I posted in this entry..
Til then..See ya..
Thursday, May 18, 2006
First of all..Congrates to Barcelona for winning the 2005/2006 UEFA Chapions' League.!!
I didn't went to Sri Hartamas for last night's game because of some personal problem..What a waste..
Anyhow, I fell asleep in the first-half of the game when I was watching it at home..
It shows how tired I am yesterday..Missed a wonderful final..Sigh~~
Tonight, I'll be boarding the 11.30pm travel shuttle at Puduraya to Kuala Perlis, then get on the ferry to go to Langkawi Island..
It's my first visit to Langkawi =( I hope it'll be fun as heaven..Heheh..
So, I'll be on hiatus for at least 4 days, which I'll be coming back on Sunday..
Extra T-shirts for water activities, checked..Bermuda shorts, checked..Extra undies, checked..Goggles for swimming, checked..Swimming trunks for running around half naked, checked..
Shampoo.?? Checked..Flip flops, checked..A pack of condoms for emergency use, checked..Extra cash for bottles of liquor, checked..
Ok..I'm ready for it..Bring it on..
You can expect loads of pics from me when I'm back from the trip..Yippeee~~
Til then..See ya guys around..Chiaow~~

Taynton's Fish Ball Noodle..
I guess many of the diners out there knew about this shop long time ago..
Perhaps I'm kinda late to talk about this shop here..It has already appeared in a number of press recommendation..
It's the Taynton's Fish Ball Noodle, Kedai Makanan Jin Man..
*Kedai Makanan Jin Man*
*Along the shoplots at Taman Taynton, Cheras*
*The entrance, the cooking place*
You can see them preparing the noodles at the entrance..It's quite hard to get a park your car there..
*The cashier..Pay at the cashier*
Just tell them your table number, and you'll get to know the hefty price of the food you have eaten..Hahaha..
*2 shoplots together*
*The Fried Fish Cake*
I have to say this Fried Fish Cake is absolutely a must..It's very crispy and the taste of it is so damn nice when u dip it into the chilli sauce..
But it'll cost you RM 5 per plate, like this..
*Yummy yum delicious*
*The Dried Fish Ball Noodle*
The noodle is ok..But the fish balls are very nice..It feels bouncy on every bites of it..
Other than normal mee, mihun, and kuey teow, they served some kinda special dish of theirs, the tang hoon, as in tung fun in Cantonese..
The price of it is above normal price, where my Dried Fish Ball Noodle, big-sized, costs RM 4..
The tang hoon costs slightly more than RM 5..
So if you have only RM 10 left in your wallet, try to avoid this shop..Hahaha..
A plate of Fish Cake = RM 5, Fish Ball Tang Hoon (big) = RM 5.30, and a drink = RM 1.50..The total would be RM 11.80..
When I was eating there, there were 5 patrons checking the bill for their table..
For just 5 person, they spent a massive amount of RM 15 for each of them, totalled up roughly RM 75, in that non-aircond shop..
With RM 75, you can get Pizza, KFC, McD, or whatever it is..
Anyway..This place is recommended if you are looking for a new place to have your lunch at Cheras area, if you haven't eat in this shop before..
