You Know It 's School Holiday When..

Basially, you will know it's school holiday when..

1. Any of your siblings or friends sitting for PMR, SPM, or STPM..

It's so right..All of the important exams take place when the school holiday is about to start..Talk about pre-exam boring mood and post-exam happy mood..

2. You see lots of promoters of kiddie looks at shopping malls or even at PC Fair..

Went to the PC Fair, lots of kids working as promoter..One of my main purposes at the PC Fair is to see cute and pretty showgirls..All I got is kids.?!?! Sheeesh..

3. You see colleges promoting their Open Day in the newspapers, magazines, or the most effective way like Taylor's College promote via Nuffnang..

Yes that's right..Open Day here and there..And talk about Taylor's College, I heard that one of the famous bloggers around going to work in Taylor's College..

4. You see more Ah Beng Jr and Ah Lian Jr a.k.a Lala at shopping malls during weekdays..

It's so true..Ah Beng Jr and Ah Lian Jr would frequent shopping malls such as Times Square and Sungei Wang more often when holiday comes..So if you are having lunch there or whatsoever, you'll know when you see those Lalas..

5. Young bloggers update their blogs more often with camwhore entries..

Yeah, young bloggers nowadays camwhore with the intension to kill, if needed to..16-year old, 17-year old kids already camwhore with cleavage, see-through dress, etc etc..That's why I say with the intension to kill, buaya like you..LOL..

6. You heard that any of your siblings or friends' siblings going for National Service (NS)..

That's right..First batch of the National Service should start around year-end or early new year..

7. Your siblings trying to get a driving license as soon as possible so that they could go out yamcha at night..

That's the time when youngsters trying to show off their father's expensive car or newly bought car..Then some of them will eventually become Ah Beng..

8. The traffic in the morning is more smooth than usual..

It's a well known fact that the traffic isn't THAT congested when during school holiday..But I don't quite understand..
If it's school holiday, then everyone would go to work around the same time, which I guess between 8.00-8.30am..Then wouldn't it be more congested.??

9. When the Mega Year-End-Sale is here..

Everyone will shout YEAH (as in YES) when the Mega Y.E.S is here..Everyone shop like nobody's business, as if the things they bought no need money like that..

10. When you heard Christmas songs in shopping malls..

Christmas Day is on 25th of December..Usually shops will play festive songs 2-3 weeks earlier..You'll know when it's holiday..

The Consequences of Caning, For Going Against The Law

The caning issue is quite a serious issue..

I've just talked about it last week, regarding the caning of female students..

Whether you agree or not, caning does teach them a lesson..

Okay, maybe the seriousness of caning in school and prison is different..

I found a video of caning somewhere (or is it already lurking in the blogosphere already?)..

It's about a Malay guy, sent to prison, and caned there and then..The punishment is 20 strokes of rotan..

I think the authorities should create more public awareness on things like this, so that will be lesser crime.

Watching it already make you go goosebumps everywhere, not to mentioned if you were to feel it yourself..

I don't know for any psycho but for me, I don't want to do any crime and get the tip of the cane land on my ass..

Watch it and feel the pain..

Finish watching.? I bet you will go "Eeeewwwwwww..."..

So, anyone want to try to beat the law.? Get pass Judge Dredd first..

I think the authorities should impose a heavier punishment..Such as, 30 strokes of rotan..

10 upon the criminal's entry into the prison, then 1 month later another 10, then 1 or 2 months later another 10..Ouch~

Caning Of Female Students

The recent furore regarding female students should be caned because their disciplinary cases are just as serious as boys'..

Well, for punishment wise, I don't think the public, students, or Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) should make a big fuss out of it..

It's so stupid to highlight this issue instead of other more important issues..

If, you as a female student yourself, you as a parent of your daughter, you as a teacher of your female students, or whoever of human rights authorities, why do you care so much about the caning issue.?

Point 1, if your daughter has a good record in school, she doesn't has to be afraid of whatever punishment it is..

Point 2, if she always abide by the school rules, she doesn't has to be afriad of the punishment..

Point 3, if a female student (girl) is about to be caned, she must be very naughty or have a bad discipline record..

Point 4, nowadays are parents so ignorant that they would rather stand by their children's side even they did something wrong.?

Therefore, I don't think it's a problem to cane that girl, or those girls..

Okay I don't consider myself as a good student last time, but I tried to abide by the rules as much as I can..

The rules I'm trying to say here is try not to land myself at the tip of the cane..

Maybe the usage of cane should only applies on serious matters such as play truant, fights among students, ignoring teachers' orders, etc etc..

I mean for me last time, I'm not afraid of any punishments coz I'm not breaking any rules, other than to have failed subjects in exams, which eventually ended up being caned by the principal =P

Okay, maybe some other methods should be used in dealing with students who have serious disciplinary problem..

Such as embarrass them in front of the whole school during assembly period, or publish their names in assemblies or notice boards..

The authorities might also get the students to do some community service tasks, such as cleaning the school compound, help school gardeners on the flowers and stuffs..

Hmm, I think having them to stand in front of the school entrance and hold banners or placards with written words of their wrong-doings is such a great idea..

Imagine yourself holding a big ass banner standing in front of your school where lots of vehicles passing by everyday in the morning or afternoon..

No one ever wants to do that right.? If they don't like it then just don't break the rules, easy..

And stupid faggot parents stop complaining bout this and that..That's for the child's own good..

I bet most of the parents nowadays had gone through that stage before, caning, fighting, gangsterism, etc etc..

It's the culture..Just get with it and don't pretend that you don't know anything, as if you haven't been through that stage..I know you know..

Anyway, that's my thought and i know everyone else too will agree with me on that..

Online Advertising The Way To Go

Ever since I've involved myself in an online advertising company, I've got more exposure to that field despite doing engineering..

I didn't know that online advertising is so popular and I must say that's the hype now..

Other than advertising your brand name on billboards, leaflets, or event promotions, get Internet-connected is no less effective at all..

The other day I'm talking bout it with my colleague, Nicholas, which both of us quite agree with it, hence our involvement in this company..

Considering the increasing rate of people getting onlined, online advertising is sure to boom..

It's a new approach of the advertisers to the consumers to get a better feedback and also more viewers..

Imagine yourself without Internet connection at all, for at least 2 days..

Nowadays, people get connected through IM applications like MSN, Yahoo Messenger, Skype, mIRC, and the old school ICQ..

Lesser people use landline nowadays, except for the elders who are computer illiterate..

More and more people started to opt for online shopping, although it's not so popular in Malaysia, thanks to the increasing online scams in Malaysia..

It doesn't stop people to do cash-on-delivery (COD) trading though..

Just be smart and know how to escape if something bad really happens during the COD..

Look at youngsters nowadays, they surf on forums, blogs, web communities and web portals..

Whether you are tech savvy, otaku, car lover, pet lover, game lover, or sex lover, you'll eventually end up in a forum site..

Just look at how large the communities of ZeroToHundred, Lowyat.net, Autoworld, and many others..

I'm pretty sure you know that most youngsters now face the PC monitor more than the TV screen..

The effectiveness is the horizon, limitless, and you'll never know..It's too good to lose the opportunity..

I'm Changing Domain And Hosting To JenkinYat-Dot-Com

Yes you read that right and it's true..

At last I got myself a hosting and most importantly my own domain, a dot-com..

So from now on, I'm switching my blog to Jenkinyat-dot-com..This blog will no longer be my main blog or whatsoever..

However, I'm keeping this blog and use it for other purposes..

So I might revamp this blog to suit the new theme, "My Music, Your Politic"..

But at the meantime I'll leave this blog just as it is..

Do update my blog link in your blog or Bookmark to Jenkinyat-Dot-Com now..

So start to feel weird if you don't see updates here..Start to get revolutionised and move over now..

Angkasawan Brought Home Some Treasure??

Sorry todelay this entry for so long..I should have posted it like 1 month ago.?? Like I said, PC problem..Can't do anything..

Well, the Angkasawan hoo-hah is kinda stupid..

To make it worst, the government so damn happy with the few millions spent on the Angkasawan to send him to space for nothing..

At the same time, they are crying out loud for subsidising petrol for its people, saying it's very expensive to do so..

I have no idea what kind of lame excuse is that and they planned to send the second Angkasawan to go up, thus need the third one for back up.?? Bullshit..

But anyway, I'll leave that discussion on my next entry (hopefully)..

This time I'm talking bout the day when the Angkasawan (I don't even know what's his name) came back to Earth..

So news reports on TV and newspapers, everything focused on him..

There's one thing that quite amused me, sort of..

If I'm not mistaken, he's allowed to take something back to Malaysia or Earth from the outerspace..

But one thing for sure, I didn't know that he brought home some treasure with him..

Or is it some kinda bribery that Russia gave us, or is it the other way round.??

Don't believe it.? Try to look at this..You'll never get this anywhere..

*The spacecraft Soyyuz or something returns SAFETY to Earth with Russians, and mambo bimbo Sheikh Muszaphar*

*Only on NTV7, Your Feel Good Channel*

See, no bluffing..They did return a safety to Earth, which I don't know where they took it from, and kept it where..

From the Mars.? Moon.? Or, perhaps from our pocket money..Hmm *shrugs*

Isn't that something to talk about, instead of his marriage plan, the death of his brother, and some other stupid stuffs..

Well anyway, you guys decide it, whether it's something to laugh about, or, something to laugh out loud..LOL~!!
